The demands including restoration of damaged infrastructures and full compensation to affected people were passed as a resolution during a village meeting held on Sept. 21. In the meeting the villagers have also authorized the Pradhan to move High Court or National Green Tribunal (NGT) in case their grievances are not addressed by the government authorities.
