The University of Nebraska’s Voluntary FTE Reduction Program has been revised. The program gives eligible full-time Office/Service and Managerial/Professional employees the option to voluntarily reduce their work hours and pay (to no less than 0.75 FTE) while continuing to receive full-time benefits.
