Many foster youth face challenges that most people cannot imagine, and even more grow up feeling that they have to face them alone. Former foster youth Domenico has faced more than his fair share of hardships, but thanks to a caring home and support from the foster youth system in San Diego, he managed to overcome these challenges and is now working toward obtaining an education and improving his chances for upward mobility.
