I came across this question VBA opening 365 Workbook, need Editable, only can get ReadOnly, which seemed to be a very obvious duplicate of SharePoint File opening as Read Only. The only problem is that the original question has no answers, albeit that it has a comment clearly showing what was wrong. Is it OK in this case to Close Vote as a duplicate, even though the duplicate technically has no answers?
