We purchased our RV a month or so ago and decided to camp in the back yard to get familiar with all of the systems. We have a black tank flush valve on the back of the RV. The issue is it’s behind the spare tire. When I went to remove the two locking nuts holding the spare tire the bolts just spun in place.
