Synechron, a New York-headquartered IT consulting firm, has acquired Boston-based ServiceNow specialist RapDev, alongside two other ServiceNow consultancies: UK-based Calitii and India-based Waivgen. Synechron says it will combine the three firms into the largest financial services-focused ServiceNow practice in the world.
