This Salpicón de Mariscos /Seafood Medley Salad recipe is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Enjoy it as an appetizer or as an entrée. It is made with a variety of seafood. I made mine with mussels, shrimps and scallops. You can't go wrong with this mix! Delicious!!
