Rasmus Sandin was added to injured reserve by the Washington Capitals on Monday afternoon. The transaction was made to accommodate Ethen Frank’s addition to the active roster. Frank was recalled from Hershey on Monday morning after Dylan Strome suffered a lower-body injury against the Ottawa Senators and is out day-to-day. Sandin suffered an upper-body injury
