Nowadays, there are so many cars that we can be sure that at every moment, someone drives a car. So the question arose: Since when is that so? It certainly was not true in 1900. But some time after Henry Ford opened his factory, there must have been continuous traffic at daytime in the USA. And Europe, in its own time zone, must have followed soon. But it is not clear to me how this trend continued, especially in Asia. So when did the continuous traffic start?
