I applied for a senior role. The company asks me to do an assessment. This assessment takes approximately 3 weeks. I understand the company's point of view. It's a 'show me what you got' mentality. On the flip side, I believe it's also a lack of trust to the job applicant. What is the maximum amount of time an employer may ask for in an assessment? Is a 3 weeks assessment a red flag?
