Sweden-headed Lantmännen Energi AB, a subsidiary of the Swedish agricultural cooperative major Lantmännen Group, has announced that it has entered into a preliminary agreement with Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. (ARP) and the minority shareholders to acquire Ekobenz Sp. z o.o. (Ekobenz) in Poland.
