Belmont Shore to host return of sound-art extravaganza to Long Beach - For one night each autumn between 2004 and 2013, four square blocks of Long Beach’s East Village Arts District were transformed into an indoor/outdoor gallery of multisensory installations/interactions and performance-art designed to disorient and recontextualize the act of listening.
