Everyone likes their veggies crisp, so who wouldn’t want CRISPR veggies? After reading The Code Breaker, I’ve become progressively more excited about the possibilities that gene editing will bring in the coming decades. Or sooner? The technology has matured remarkably quickly and is developing incredibly fast. I don’t have a full grasp of where things stand today, but this is just a snippet, so I won’t let that stop me from speculating about where we’re heading.
