Adults work in various community departments including the farm and garden, kitchen, laundry, medical and dental clinics, and the manufacturing facility and offices of Rifton Equipment, which produces adaptive equipment for children and adults with disabilities. Children attend elementary school on the community. We share a daily meal in the communal dining hall and worship together several times a week.
