Since the last update not much has happened with the layout. There were some minor changes, but nothing spectacular. Instead, I've been doing a lot of research, or at least, trying to. The focus is now on the ADORE layer, and I'm collecting data, analyzing the layout, and similar things. For example, here is an updated heatmap of my current, Dvorak layout:
