This is part 24 in the series of “Beyond the good ol’ LaunchAgents”, where I try to collect various persistence techniques for macOS. For more background check the introduction. Folder action persistence has been documented by Cody Thomas back in 2019 in his blog. I think he did an awesome job, and everything he wrote still applies today. I wanted to take it a bit further and see if I can persist without any user prompts, and it turned out it is possible.
