The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and its partners, primarily the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, have maintained a close proximity to the people affected by the armed conflict in Ukraine in particular in Eastern Ukraine, working together to respond to the vast needs generated by long years of armed conflict.
