Hi All! Re-Inspection> what do you charge and cons of re-inspection? Recently I am getting asked for re-inspection after repairs done more than past (mostly higher $$ homes and new builds) I always try to stay away from re-inspections because i am worried about risk of liability. That being said- i have a hard time saying no to good customers who are looking for someone they can trust.
