Dr. Yu Ma received a B.S. in Economics from University of Washington, and a M.A. in Economics and Ph.D. in Environmental Policy (Economics concentration) from Duke University. She specializes in environmental and energy economics with research interests in energy policy, energy efficiency, environmental justice, and climate change.| ORNL
