winnebago says ...The port is rated for solar panels up to 150 watts. The panel will also need to have an SAE style plug to connect with the port. | Class B Forums
I contacted our local automotive spring company. They can produce custom springs, access a wide range of aftermarket springs, access factory springs from the automotive mfg's. They also have the load specs for the factory springs.| Class B Forums

Is it generally advisable for RV's that have had lots of storage or minimal use to use an extra, inline fuel filter [usually clear body with visible paper internals] in order to guard against rust and sludge buildup?| Class B Forums
As pictured, the rear window latch is starting to fail. I'm imagining that it needs perhaps a replacement washer. The pictures of this replacement item on ebay suggests the pin pushes out, and perhaps I just need to tighten the screw. I tried to do this and it did not move easily. Before trying with greater force I decided to ask here if my approach is correct, or I need to go about this differently. | Class B Forums
I have an 02 Roadtrek 200 and the pass side upper rear window has been replaced with plexiglass. The replacement was installed with what I assume is silicon. Took a few hours to remove the window and the silicon. I am in the I hate silicon camp and would never use it on an RV. | Class B Forums
While working on my non-functioning Onan generator I came across an interesting find. First of all, the check of the slip-ring resistance showed it to be way above the max spec (22 ohms I think). This is measuring at the plug. I cleaned the slip-rings with Scotchbrite and that brought the resistance down to 21-22 ohms. The value would vary some as I rotated the rotor. I decided to pull the brush block. The brushes had some residue on them. I'm assuming some was from running over the...| Class B Forums
Greetings. I currently have a low mileage 2006 Roadtrek 210 Popular in which my wife and I had a terrific trip this June (one month, 6400 miles). Recently in my SoCal neighborhood I came across a 2009 Itasca Navion diesel, 24', 42,000 miles. It intrigues me as it is only a couple of feet longer than our RT. In general, I wonder if the Itasca is reliable and would it be more costly or less to keep up than my current RT? Also, it seems it is not uncommon in looking at used RV's with...| Class B Forums
We owned an Intervec Horizon back about 35 years ago and have fond memories of our travels. Recently, I was cleaning out a storage box of old papers and discovered the original brochure the dealer gave us and I thankfully kept it all these years. | Class B Forums
15190P- I fully charged the house batteries and battery switched off for (1) month inside storage (no electricity available). The inverter is also switched off. I took it out today house batteries dead, wouldn't even start generator. After driving for about 1/2 hour there was enough charge to start generator. During this initial first 1/2 hour the battery gauge did NOT indicate the battery was charging. (After about a 1/2 hour the gauge did show it was charging and I was able to start the...| Class B Forums
What temperature is safe without worrying about freezing the water in a Class B van when the heat is on inside the van and the Tank Heater is on?| Class B Forums
Hi all, I'm hoping to by a used Gala RV Montecarlo 2100 or 2200 this fall. Does anyone have any general information on them, I can't even find a full spec sheet online. In particular, I'm looking to find out how the rear side windows operate - do they slide or push out?| Class B Forums
My water pump goes off for a fraction of a second every 12 to 18 minutes. I find no leaks anywhere so we feel that the leak is coming from the inlet side. I have tightened all the hose clamps from the tank to the hose at the pump. I have replaced all the hoses and connectors and pump after the hose from the water tank also and the pump continues to lose pressure and go off for a fraction of a second and it wakes you up in the middle of the night or you have to turn it off. I have talked with...| Class B Forums

I am finally getting around to replacing my front coil springs, 02 Chevy 3500 RT 200 popular. I have been reading and watching videos, I have it jacked up and partially disassembled. I went and borrowed a spring compressor from Auto Zone came home and this does not fit in the springs...| Class B Forums
I've owned (and hated!) this fridge for the past 10 years because of this problem: when on propane, it would inexplicably turn itself off. I searched high and low for a fix, had a hard time finding a mechanic willing to take online advice. FINALLY one mechanic took the fridge out of my Roadtrek, put it on his bench and serviced it (i.e. gave it a good clean) only to tell me "Your fridge works fine." WHAT!? "You need a new propane regulator" OMG why didn't someone think of this? He replaced...| Class B Forums

Hi all! I thought I should reintroduce myself. Although I have been a member of the Class B Forum since 2012, my participation tapered off after we sold our 97 American Cruiser in 2015 in favor of a Born Free Class C. Since then we have had 2 other Class Cs, but we recently decided to go back a...| Class B Forums

Well I thought I had a transmission problem on my 1997 D190V but after some discussion with a local mechanic I determined the issue was with the linkage connecting the throttle valve cable at the transmission. I cleaned the area the best I could and made sure the linkage moved freely. I’ve been on multiple tests drives and currently have no shifting issues. I hope I don’t jinx myself. Here’s a photo of the linkage and spring. It’s located on the drivers side of the transmission and is...| Class B Forums

Just picked up our new to us 2021 Coachman Beyond 22C. I hope it will be as much fun as it looks. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to stow the sewer hose after dumping. Any suggestions?| Class B Forums
15C210P I read a previous tread from 2023 on Best Grill and I am looking at the Magma Beach Fire 9" x 12" grill which was recommended in the previous tread. How do you connect it to the propane tank on board? It appears that the on board is a 10 to 15 psi output but the Magma is a bottle. Is...| Class B Forums
Batteries probably AGM. Likely original, maybe NAPA BRAND. We expect to take the van out during the winter for drives, 3 hours tops. We won't need the batteries all winter.. no overnright camping! Will the flat batteries do any harm till we replace them in spring? Thanks all| Class B Forums
Coach batteries went flat when ceiling fan came on in storage! Disconnect was not disconnected! Need to charge the batteries. 2019 travato 59k not lithium. Shore power is not an option Thanks| Class B Forums

Has anyone ever had a problem with front end wobble before, I had a complete front end repair and new steering box but still have a problem. I am starting to think it might be the tires.
