I'm on a reading break. Which still ended up being 3 books in September lol. Two of these three were carried over from August where I did the bulk of the reading. October is going to be light, but I think it's important to take breaks when I'm feeling overwhelmed because why else do I read!! It's for fun! And if it isn't fun anymore, I should stop for a bit! I took a formal break from my book club because the one book a month pace was not working for me this year (see also: me playing catchup...| coffee spills

Dragging my feet posting this because once again I slacked on making notes about my books as soon as I finished them (other than a star rating, I did give everything a star rating) and so looking back I'm struggling to remember enough to put my thoughts into words.
