We are currently experiencing issues with receiving e-mail messages from the blogging platform to University e-mail addresses. This issue is likely most noticeable when trying to add new users to blogs, since the addition needs to be confirmed from an e-mail link on the recipient’s end.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
On the following Tuesday, the platform is updated to a newer version. The update takes place between 3pm to 5pm.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
On the upcoming Tuesday, the blog service goes through an update that lasts approximately 2 hours.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
During this period the platform might be partially or completely unavailable.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
We are also expecting a single halt on the service up to 20 minutes at some point during the update. As usual, we advice on not updating your blogs during the maintenance break.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
We are not expecting a total halt of the service for two hours, but users might encounter shorter breaks and slowness of the service during this period.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
From 19th of June to 1st of August there is no support available for the blogs. This also means that group blogs ordered in that period are delivered after the break| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
We’re installing some urgent security fixes to the blogs.helsinki.fi later today. The installation will require several reboots, meaning that there will be short service breaks between 3 and 5 pm. Please, refrain from updating your blog during that period.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
Blogs.helsinki.fi admins are taking their well deserved holiday break from 8th of July until 15 of August, which means that there will be no-one to process new group requests or provide any kind of end-user support during that period. Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
Hi everybody!| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
Time to install the latest WordPress updates on blogs.helsinki.fi. The update concerns mostly the WordPress block editor (which isn’t supported by helsinki.fi themes anyway) so it won’t change anything to most of you. We’ll do some improvements to application/server logging while we’re at it.| Blogs at HelsinkiUni
