I can honestly say I have voted in every presidential election. I try to vote in every local election we have. Sometimes that”s hard because these candidates don”t do a very good job of advertising for themselves. I just see signs all over poeple”s yards, etc. I think you are right that the average American doesn”t vote because it is confusing.
