The star of this weekend´s ALTANGHAP (ALmusal, TANGhalian, HAPunan, literally means: Breakfast, lunch and dinner - the Filipino way) and repeat performances (meaning it can be eaten, reheated in the microwave until supplies last 😁😃😊😉 is CABBAGE (Repolyo in Tagalog or Repollo in Spanish).
