It is a variation of the infamous Hyderabadi Biryani and is usually made for special occasions such as Weddings, Get togethers, for Iftar during Ramadan or on Eid. This aromatic Biryani is made with Lamb, Spices and Potatoes. As well as a homemade hot sauce called Sahawiq aka Zhoug.
