To use Chime's Pay Anyone feature: Open the app and go to the Pay Anyone tab. Select a recipient (Chime member or non-member), enter the amount, and optionally add a note. Tap Pay to send. Chime members receive funds instantly; non-members get a link to claim their money within 14 days.
