L is for lemongrass, a seasoning that I love but that I don't use nearly often enough! This is a quick and wonderfully flavorful stir fry that will come together in the time it takes to cook the rice. I would call it Thai inspired and it is great for those people who crave Asian style flavors but must avoid soy.
