I am a civil servant from India. I shall superannuate next year and I intend to spend about a year or so in Germany as a freelancer. I am a post-graduate in English Literature, Law and Public Affairs. I speak English and French and scheduled to enroll for German classes soon. I have some flair for languages and I hope to acquire the working knowledge by the time I superannuate in a year.
