So I have a situation. I am staying in the same apartment for several year, nearly 7 years now. Initially I got the Beitragsservice letter and I made the payment. If I remember correctly it was several months of dues together. I don't remember perfectly but I think I made a few more payments. Hello thanks for such a nice words. I am living in a rented apartment in Berlin and paying 1950 euros as warm rent. I think it's too early high. Besides the contract mentioned that we have to decide before 5 months with landlord to continue staying or vacate as the contract is only for two years.
