Hello thanks for such a nice words. I am living in a rented apartment in Berlin and paying 1950 euros as warm rent. I think it's too early high. Besides the contract mentioned that we have to decide before 5 months with landlord to continue staying or vacate as the contract is only for two years. My kids are going to nearby school and they don't want to switch again. I am really in stress from the landlord power. Thanks
