I recorded a thunder storm at home about 10 years ago. It’s a recording I’ve used in different ways a lot over the years so I thought I’d come back to it for this. I chose a short section which has thunder at the beginning and again at the end. This frames a few minutes of heavy rain which I pitched down and mixed in alongside the original recording, plus a few drones from my Koma Chromaplane.
