Happy Friday !!!!I always think that things should slow down about now, but I always forget - Colorado harvest is a little later than where I grew up.... We harvested K's Garden - and Lawsy Mercy - I have diced, and shredded, and canned and ran out of jars, and froze.... and I think we should get thru the next 7 years on this stuff haha!!
