This Ube Candy Bark is made with a layer of Skyflakes, Ube Halaya and a Ube white chocolate coating. Then topped with a heavy sprinkling of Ube Polvoron. Super easy and super sarap. I think making Filipino flavored Candy Bark is just my thing. I mean the Sans Rival version I made was so good. So you know eventually an Ube one was coming.
