Oh, so tender and sweet, these jumbo sourdough peanut butter banana muffins are made with very ripe bananas, sourdough discard and smooth peanut butter. My poor neglected sourdough starter has been sitting in the refrigerator for almost six months, just hanging out and hanging on.
